You have booked your session!  Great!  Studio Etiquette can make or break your experience.  As an artist, it is important that you know how to act and be respectful in the studio.  Please follow the below etiquette rules when at the studio.

BOOKING POLICY

• Deposit policy - 50% deposit is required when booking.  The balance is due at the start of your session.  We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle.
• Payment methods - Payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal are subject to a 3-4% processing fee.  Payments made by Venmo, Zelle or cash do not incur any additional fees.

• Lateness policy - sessions must start and end as scheduled.  If you fail to miss your session, your deposit will not be returned.

ARRIVING AT YOUR SESSION

• Our location We are located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Northeast Pennsylvania.  We are set on 5 forested acres with a high elevation for that nice clean mountain air.  Baa Baa Leaf is just 90 minutes from New York City.  We are located in a private community in Milford, Pennsylvania.  Exact location will be provided prior to your session.
• Arrival policy - when you arrive at the front gate, use code 4610 to call the studio to open the gate.  When you arrive at the studio, feel free to park in the driveway or on the grass.  Do not park on the street unless instructed to do so

DURING YOUR SESSION

• Food and beverage policy - Food and beverages are welcome in the studio as long as they're kept away from all equipment and gear.  Everything must have a secure lid.  We have a kitchenette with coffee, tea, cocoa, microwave and refrigerator for your convenience.  
• ​Cell phone policy - you must keep your phone on airplane mode to reduce interference.  It would be best to turn off your phones completely.
• Equipment & space policy - please treat all equipment, gear, studio, inn, amphitheater, etc. as if it was your own!  Do not use any equipment without approval.  Anything that is broken, marred or ruined in any fashion must be paid for.
• Smoking policy - there is no smoking anywhere in the studio. There are a couple of designated spots outside.
• Respect policy - be respectful of your engineer and others in the studio.  Threats of violence or verbal abuse will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund of payment.
• File delivery - we will provide an MP3 and/or WAV file of your music during your session on your own external hard drive that you have brought to the studio. We can add your raw files (Pro Tools) to your hard drive as well.  If you would like your session files delivered via Dropbox, we can upload them during your session.  Files sent via Dropbox must be be downloaded within 14 days.
• Media policy - always ask before taking any photos or videos in the studio of either the artists, persons, or gear.  We may ask for your approval to take a quick photo or short video during your session to use to help promote our studio and at the same time provide you with valuable exposure as an artist.
• Cleanliness policy - leave the studio and spaces the same way you found it.  Clean up after yourself and put out the trash.
• Never talk louder than the speakers - critical listening needs focus not talking.  If the monitors are turned down, you need to turn down too.
• Guests - never assume it is okay to bring anyone else besides the artists.  Always check with us before anyone shows up.  Artists need to stay focused and guests are a distraction.  Guests also tend to make noise during recording.  This is a No-Go.
• ​All weapons are strictly prohibited at Baa Baa Leaf Music and anywhere on the property.
